Beach Bingo makes no representations regarding the legality of this App in any particular jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access from specific regions at any time if required by law or regulation.
Beach Bingo is a blockchain-based bingo game built on the Solana network. The App uses verifiable random functions (VRF) via Switchboard On-Demand to ensure provably fair outcomes. All game results are recorded on-chain and can be independently verified.
You access Beach Bingo through a self-custodial Solana wallet. We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrase. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials.
All transactions are processed on the Solana blockchain. Deposits are made by purchasing bingo cards using SOL, USDC, or SKR tokens. Winnings are distributed automatically via smart contract. All transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
Game rules for each mode (Classic Surf, Shell Rush, Blackout, Lucky Tide, Whale Wave) are displayed within the App. House edges vary by game mode and are disclosed in the Fee Breakdown available during card purchase. All randomness is generated using Switchboard On-Demand VRF and can be verified on the Solana blockchain.

Beach Bingo charges a platform fee (house edge) that varies by game mode, disclosed before each purchase. Solana network transaction fees apply to all on-chain operations. No hidden fees are charged.
All content, graphics, characters, and designs in Beach Bingo are the property of Beach Bingo Team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Beach Bingo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses due to blockchain network issues, wallet security breaches, smart contract bugs, or regulatory changes. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Beach Bingo for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance. On-chain assets remain in your wallet regardless of access status.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App, and continued use after notification constitutes acceptance. The version number in the App tracks the current Terms version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beach Bingo operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
