By using Beach Bingo, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any gameplay.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Beach Bingo. By connecting your wallet and participating in gameplay, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Beach Bingo complies with all local laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency transactions, digital assets, and gaming in your jurisdiction.
Nature of Service
Beach Bingo is a blockchain-based gaming application, not a gambling service. All game outcomes are determined by provably fair on-chain VRF (Verifiable Random Function) provided by Switchboard. Every number drawn can be independently verified on the Solana blockchain.
The VRF mechanism ensures that neither Beach Bingo nor any player can predict or influence game outcomes. All randomness is generated and verified on-chain.
Wallet Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Beach Bingo never has access to your private keys or seed phrase.
All transactions are signed via Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) and processed by the Solana blockchain. Beach Bingo acts only as a front-end interface for interacting with the on-chain program.
Irreversible Transactions
All on-chain transactions are irreversible. This includes card purchases, prize distributions, and any other interactions with the Beach Bingo program.
Beach Bingo cannot reverse, cancel, or modify completed blockchain transactions. Before confirming any transaction in your wallet, verify the details carefully.
Intellectual Property
Beach Bingo, its artwork, sea creature PFPs, bingo card designs, and game mechanics are the intellectual property of SolSurfers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on these assets without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
SolSurfers is not liable for any of the following:
- Loss of funds due to wallet compromise, phishing attacks, or unauthorized access to your device.
- Blockchain network issues including downtime, congestion, or failed transactions caused by the Solana network.
- Token value fluctuations. The value of SOL, USDC, SKR, and other supported tokens may change at any time.
- Smart contract vulnerabilities. While the Beach Bingo program has been audited, no software is guaranteed to be free of all bugs.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the revision. Continued use of Beach Bingo after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of Beach Bingo shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties before pursuing any other form of resolution.
