Beach Bingo ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
Your Solana wallet public address is used to identify your account, track game history, and process transactions. We never have access to your private keys.
We collect your birth year (not full date of birth) to verify you meet the minimum age requirement (18+). This is stored locally on your device only.
All game transactions, card purchases, and winnings are recorded on the Solana blockchain. This data is public and immutable by design.
We collect basic device information (device model, OS version) for crash reporting via Sentry. This data is anonymized and used solely for improving app stability. Sentry may collect device type, OS version, app version, and stack traces when errors occur. No personally identifiable information is included in crash reports.
Local data (preferences, age verification, TOS acceptance) is stored on your device. Sensitive data (session keys, auth tokens) is encrypted via hardware-backed secure storage. On-chain data is stored on the Solana blockchain. Crash reports are processed internally by the development team. No centralized user database exists.
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing data they process.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with law enforcement if legally required.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have additional rights including: the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure (clear app data to remove all locally stored information), the right to data portability (on-chain data is publicly accessible, local data can be exported via Settings), and the right to object to processing. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to: know what personal information is collected (see Section 2), request deletion of personal information (clear app data), and opt out of the sale of personal information. Beach Bingo is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the App, contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be communicated through the App with a version bump, requiring re-acceptance.
