Beach Bingo - End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and SolSurfers Development LTD, a subsidiary of Fetelabs LTD ("Developer") for the Beach Bingo mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a single mobile device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to this EULA.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. The App includes age verification that must be completed before accessing gameplay features.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable gambling laws in your jurisdiction
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App
• Create multiple accounts using different wallets to circumvent game rules or deposit limits
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the App or its smart contracts
• Use the App if you are a resident of a jurisdiction where blockchain-based gaming is prohibited

5. Blockchain Transactions

The App interacts with the Solana blockchain. All transactions are:

• Irreversible: Once confirmed on-chain, transactions cannot be reversed by the Developer
• Public: Transaction data is recorded on a public blockchain
• Subject to network fees: Solana network fees apply to all transactions
• At your own risk: You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys

6. Smart Contract Risks

The App uses smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain. While these contracts have undergone internal security audits, smart contracts may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities. The Developer is not liable for losses resulting from smart contract bugs, blockchain network issues, or wallet software failures.

7. Responsible Gaming

The App includes responsible gaming features including deposit limits, self-exclusion periods, and session time reminders. You are encouraged to use these features. 8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, sounds, game mechanics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SolSurfers Development LTD. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

9. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases using SOL, USDC, or SKR tokens. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as described in the game's refund policy for cancelled game rounds.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. On-chain data and assets remain on the blockchain regardless of termination.

13. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Anguilla, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to This EULA

The Developer may update this EULA periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
